A subtle white and sky blue stripe cotton for this versatile dress. A neat body with sweet puff sleeves, cuffed with white cotton for contrast. The cuff detail is reflected in the white cotton Peter Pan collar, which is contrasted with navy buttons to front and a navy velvet bow to the waistband for uniqueness. Our signature pettiskirts blossom from the waist in a gathered skirt, this time in white net. The dress is fully lined and fastened with a hidden zip to the back for comfort and ease.
