Shipping policy

We ship via Royal Mail or DPD where possible. In the UK this takes up to 10 working days &  to other countries up to 14 working days, depending on customs arrangements. 

If you need faster shipping please email hello@littlelordandlady.co.uk to check availability. We will try and meet your needs if at all possible.

We are not responsible for duty or sales taxes into your country. You must be aware that our prices do not include duty or local sales taxes.

For some countries shipping is not possible and we use another service which can take up to 14 working days where possible.

You may return the goods but you are responsible for shipping. Please take a tracked service as we will only refund if the goods arrive with us.
