Eugenie: Sewing print dress & headband

A traditional empire line for this sweet dress in our unique Eugenie sewing print. The upper body has pin tucks to the front for added detail and the line is emphasized with a navy velvet ribbon, which separates the skirt. The arms have a frill to the shoulder and a full length sleeve. A simple round neckline and full button back create easy changing. The gathered skirt is fluffed with lashings of cream petticoats to create a stunning silhouette and offer plenty of twirling. It is lined to the body and skirt for comfort in 100% cotton. This dress comes with a Eugenie bow headband, because every girl needs headwear.
