Eugenie: Sewing print & velvet dress & headband

This sweet dress has a contrast skirt for style and comfort. Topped in our unique Eugenie sewing print, this fitted body has a ruched collar neckline, and is finished with a neat tie.  The 3/4 sleeves, are gathered at the shoulder to create a full effect, and the waist is finished with a burgundy velvet ribbon. To the skirt, the soft navy velvet is gathered and full of navy petticoats. It is fully lined for comfort in 100% cotton. At the back the hidden zip offers neat easy changing. This dress comes with a Eugenie bow headband, because every girl needs headwear.
